Deseri Garcia, President
Deseri is a dynamic coach, facilitator, and amateur athlete. A coach at heart, her passion for genuinely connecting with people and identifying what is important to them are the cornerstones of the company. It is this dedication that complements her ability to develop team and personal effectiveness. Prior to launching Vida Aventura, Deseri spent nearly 20 years in business development, where she gained invaluable insight into the value of relationship building and communication within organizations. Deseri is ACCT certified (Association for Challenge Course Technology). She combines her coaching and athletic excellence to help runners and walkers prepare for charity race events.
Toni Neely, Facilitator/Trainer
Toni has dedicated the past six years to training, coaching, and accelerating teams and individuals in both the corporate and private sectors. A graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Toni began her career in sales and quickly found her passion for developing leaders when she assumed a statewide training role. Toni draws upon experience as a corporate trainer and through coaching involvement with Beyond Your Best. Whether in a workshop format or on an individual basis, Toni is a proven leader at creating vision and a game plan that consistently produces breakthrough results.
